A cleansing ritual

In Loita Narok South, a cleansing ritual took place to address the alleged loss of five Maasai beads that are currently under the custody of a museum and Oxford University in England. The beads were reportedly taken by the British during colonial times, approximately 138 years ago.

The ceremony was attended by several notable individuals, including Narok Governor Patrick ole Ntutu, Members of Parliament Kitilai ole Ntutu (Narok South), Rebecca Tonkei (Women Representative), Johana Ngeno (Emurua Dikirr), and former Narok governor Samuel Tunai.
